Ceason is the creation of chef Olly Biggs, whose career began as a pot-washer and took him through some of the South Coast's most respected kitchens, including The Ginger Fox, holder of 2 AA Rosettes and a Michelin Bib Gourmand and The Wykeham Arms in Winchester.

In 2016, Olly and his wife Naomi opened Forte Kitchen, an award-winning Winchester restaurant built on local produce and simple dishes elevated with a touch of creativity

More often than not, that touch of creativity was a sauce. The finishing flourish that turned a good plate into a memorable one. Customers kept asking the same two questions: what's in it, and can I take some home?

So Ceason Food Co. was born. Bottling years of recipe development and seasonal menu creation, so that same finishing touch is one spoonful away, whatever's on your plate.
